Integrity

This integrity policy establishes in detail the rules and responsibilities that all employees must respect in the field of bribery, corruption, gifts and invitations, sponsorships, donations, money laundering, and conflicts of interest. In Mexico, efforts have been made to develop the integrity of the Public and Private sectors with reforms to article 113 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, The National Anticorruption System has been implemented to guarantee the existence of measures aimed at strengthening and supervision for the prevention, detection, and sanction of administrative responsibilities and acts of corruption.

The General Law of Administrative Responsibilities establishes the administrative responsibilities of public servants in their relationship with private initiatives and in general with individuals on the detection of administrative faults and acts of corruption through self-regulatory mechanisms and internal controls integrated into an integrity program that fosters an ethical culture in each organization and which allows defining and assessing responsibilities if it has monitoring mechanisms and internal controls in strengthening its comprehensive ethics system. Articulating the advances of the Federal Government, in Jalisco, the creation of a Register of Pro-Integrity Companies has been implemented through the Jalisco State Comptroller's Office to establish Self-regulation Mechanisms in companies that contemplate internal controls and continuous improvement.
